My name is Fu Xing.
I went to Singapore for work in 2019. By chance, I was introduced to international trade and later began supplying packaging.
Like many people starting a small business, I wanted to grow quickly. I tried different ways to find more customers and expand the business. Most of them didn’t work.
But one customer stayed.
For years, I kept supplying packaging to the same customer. Along the way, I learned that long-term business is not only about price. It is about solving problems, keeping communication simple, delivering what was agreed, and being there when something goes wrong.
That experience changed how I see this business.
Today, I handle overseas sales for Yongshang Packaging in China. I still want to grow, but I’m no longer interested in chasing customers just for numbers.
I’d rather build a few long-term relationships with businesses that genuinely fit what we can make well.
